Intake and Waiver
Before your first class, please fill out the Intake and waiver form Here.
You'll only need to fill this form out once.
You may send payment in the follow ways:
In USD -

Setting up for class
- Your amazing self!
- Yoga mat or an area to practice yoga (in a quiet corner or space if possible)
- Your laptop computer or tablet device (ideally) set up horizontally on the side of your mat, propped up on a low table or books, so your whole mat and you can be seen
- Props - yoga blocks, yoga blanket, strap or anything in your house to serve as substitutes (blocks - stack of books or a shoe box blanket - any household blanket strap - belt or scarf)
- Water - to drink at any time
- An open mind with some curiosity : )
Logging into class
You will automatically receive a confirmation email from the sender: Lynda Sing (via Calendly)
This is where you will find the zoom link to class. Please save this email and click the link to log into class.
