Description

Designed to empower you through your pregnancy and help prepare you for birth, these classes will help you find ease from common pregnancy discomforts and help you feel more calm and confident for birth. In this nurturing and supportive space, you'll be guided through movement sequences appropriate for every trimester, which will include flowing through quiet meditation, calming breath work, and gentle stretching and strengthening movements. These classes will support with improved circulation, pelvis and pelvic floor stabilization, back strengthening, aiding digestion, and bringing ease to the whole nervous system.  Connect with your self, baby, and other Moms-to-be and come away feeling peaceful, harmonious, and more at home within you.

Teacher

Lynda Sing is a caring and compassionate teacher who has been teaching yoga for 15+ years - pre and postnatal yoga, kids, teens, adults, and seniors. Currently offering classes at Community Centres - Kitsilano, Trout Lake, and Hastings. Be nourished with deep self care for your body, mind, and heart from the inside out.
