Lynda has been my private yoga instructor for 10 years. Her combined knowledge of yoga and anatomy as well as her nurturing spirit provides a nourishing experience for both the body and soul. She's able to make the subtle adjustments which help to accommodate whatever aches might be impacting me at the time. I always marvel at the end of each session how well my body feels and how at ease my mind is compared to when we started the session. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, Lynda will develop the sequence which is right for you. I would without any reservation recommend her to my friends.

I’m so grateful for Lynda's loving way of teaching. Prior to meeting her I had a constant problem with my back. I feel very fortunate that she taught me better breathing exercises and movements for the back which give me immediate results. I stop I take a deep breath, do the moves she taught me, and somehow the back responds. I truly love and respect her and her work!
