We can find grounding and feeling of safety by discovering ways to be at home in our bodies.
​By practicing deep listening, kindness, and compassion in our moment to moment experience,
we can find our way home.

About

Virtual group classes are offered to keep us connected to ourselves and each other in the convenience of our own space. The aim is to help you move, no matter what is happening, with more energy, vibrance, balance, and ease.

Mondays

 Yoga Flow
12:30-1:30pm EST / 9:30-10:30am PST


Engage with a unique warming yoga flow practice intended to move you towards more balance in the body/mind. There will be opportunities to build strength, find more flexibility, and increase range of motion.  Meditation, restorative  practice,  and  inspiration from the  5 elements in TCM,  will be woven into the class.  Explore ways to bring more openness and ease into your daily life. 

Joining is simple

Step 1 - Register for class

Select the button below to reserve your spot in class using the Calendly scheduling software. 
Once you complete your registration, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the zoom link for class. Please do this for EACH class.


Step 2- Pay for class
Class rate is $15 drop-in. Options for sending payment:

Step 3 -  Join the class
On Monday, simply use the zoom link you received in the Calendly confirmation email to join the class.

First time joining?

Intake and Waiver
Before your first class, please fill out the Intake and waiver form HERE.
You'll only  need to fill this form out once.

Setting up for class
You'll need:
  • Your amazing self! 
  • Yoga mat or an area to practice yoga (in a quiet corner or space if possible)
  • Your laptop computer or tablet device (ideally) set up horizontally on the side of your mat, propped up on a low table or books, so your whole mat and you can be seen
  • Props - yoga blocks, yoga blanket, strap or anything in your house to serve as substitutes (blocks - stack of books or a shoe box   blanket - any household blanket    strap - belt or scarf)
  • Water - to drink at any time
  • An open mind with some curiosity : ) ​
