Experience a movement system that integrates the entire body based on fluid, multi-dimensional movement of the spine. The method incorporates principles from dance, tai chi, swimming, yoga and kinesiology. It is suitable for all levels ranging from injury rehabilitation to athletic performance optimization.

What a wonderful way to reawaken the mind-body alliance! Lynda expertly and gently guided the class to go deeply into the body and invite every neglected tissue back to consciousness, breath, and play. It was a joyous way to increase range of motion and bodily awareness. I'll be back!
