 GYROKINESIS®  Classes

About

The GYROKINESIS® method is a unique technique that blends together exercises similar to that of yoga, pilates, and dance but utilizes circular and wave-like movement sequences to free the spine and hips. The benefits of the practice include increased range of motion, improved functional strength and flexibility, better coordination, alleviating tension,  opening energetic pathways in the body, calming the nervous system, and increasing vital energy.  This practice is done standing, sitting, and on the mat to support your experience of feeling nuanced freedom in your body and mind.
