About
This Holistic back care workshop was born out of my own journey to rehabilitate my chronic back issues after being hit by a car as a pedestrian a number of years ago. Inspired by my work with many skillful and caring doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, yoga teachers, trauma specialists, and more, I created a unique roadmap to support my recovery. You'll get a taste of this roadmap in this interactive movement workshop where I weave together of eastern practices and western practical tools all designed for relieving back pain and discomfort. We'll engage with meditation, movement, massage, and more, to bring more ease around your back issues.
This workshop is for...
- Those of you who experience chronic back issues, from an acute injury or maybe sitting more than you normally would
- You have tried lots of strategies, but need more support
- You are at a place in your rehabilitation where you'd like to take a fresh start with a new lens on recovery
- Those who particular have lower back issues, but all back issues are welcome
