The GYROKINESIS® method is a unique movement technique that blends together exercises similar to that of yoga, pilates, and dance but utilizes circular and wave-like movement sequences to free the spine and hips. The class feels like a circular yoga dance practice. The benefits of the practice include increased range of motion, improved functional strength and flexibility, better coordination, alleviating tension, and increasing vital energy. This practice is done standing, sitting, and on the mat to support your experience of feeling nuanced freedom in your body and mind. You'll come away feeling like you've received a massage from the inside out.
