Setting up
Before watching the recording, here's how you can get ready for the workshop:
STEP 1 - Find a space where you can be focused for the duration of the workshop (1 hr and 30 minutes - there's a 15 minute bonus at the end!)
STEP 2 - Set up your computer and make sure you have the most up to date version of zoom
STEP 3 - Gather these props and items:

STEP 3 - Gather these props and items:
- a yoga mat or a fitness mat
- a stable chair, ideally without arms but any will do
- 2 blocks or 2 stack of books to serve as blocks
- 2 tennis balls or rubber balls in a sock, or a pair of long socks
- 2 small hand towels, 4 rubber bands
- 2 yoga blankets or any household blankets
- water to drink at any time
